Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Irish heritage tags remain attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at an authorized service point, then track your refund as it travels back to Ireland.
